New Clients when booking an appointment please book the one hour haircut, that gives the stylist extra time for a consultation and to get to know what your hair goals are.
Cancelation Policy
Dear Clients of Cut to the Chase Salon & Spa,
Your appointments are very important to the staff. This time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice for all cancellations.
A credit card may be required to reserve an appointment. Since we reserve this place for you personally, and is a commitment of your professional's time, a cancellation fee will apply if notice is not received 48 hours in advance. (100% of your service will be billed if we do not receive a courtesy call and/or you do not show, and 50% will be billed with a courtesy call.)
This cancellation policy allows us time to inform our clients that are on the "cancellation list" of any new availability. It also keeps our staff's scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. We know that your time is valuable, as is ours.
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but reserve the right to reschedule appointments more than 10-minutes late.
You may exchange a product (within 7 days) for an alternate product or merchandise credit. No refunds will be issued.
