Jamie: Level 5 Stylist and Owner of Cut to the Chase Salon & Spa
Meet Jamie – a seasoned stylist and proud owner of Cut to the Chase Salon & Spa. She graduated from the cosmetology program at Minuteman Tech in Lexington in 1994 and has been in the salon industry for over 25 years. Whether it's a bold change in color, subtle highlights, or a fresh haircut, Jamie is passionate about making her clients look and feel amazing. She keeps up with the latest trends by attending regular training classes. When she's not behind the chair, Jamie enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones.
Allison - Level 5 and C0-Founder of Cut to the Chase Salon & Spa
Allison is the co-founder of Cut to the Chase Salon. Opening May 2007, Allison has strived to make Cut to the Chase a comfortable environment for the clients to relax and recharge during their visit.
Prior to opening the salon Allison graduated from Continental Hair Academy in Hudson, NH. After completing her education, she went on to work in Westford, MA for the two years leading up to opening of Cut to the Chase.
Allison has and continues to take continuing education in all the latest coloring, cutting and hair treatments. Her specialties include, but are not limited to; blonding, foiling, lived-in color and curly cuts.
When not behind the chair she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Halle - Level 5
Halle has been a dedicated member of Cut to the Chase Salon for 8 years. She graduated from the Lowell Academy Hair-styling Institute and continually updates her knowledge on the latest color and cutting trends and techniques. With a creative flair, Halle loves to provide clients with fresh and exciting transformations! Her goal is to ensure that every client leaves her chair feeling confident and beautiful. She specializes in color, vivid hues, blonding, balayage, Brazilian Blowouts, extensions and updos.
Outside of her salon work Halle pursues her other passions, which include photography and artwork.
Amanda - Level 5
Starting her journey in a salon at just 16, Amanda quickly found her true calling in the hairstyling industry. With 14 of experience as a stylist, her enthusiasm for every aspect of her craft remains unwavering. Whether it's coloring, highlighting, balayage or vibrant fashion shades, Amanda consistently updates her skills. She is certified in Deva Cutting, Hot Heads Extensions and Brazilian Blowouts, showcasing her commitment to professional development and continual learning.
To ensure her clients achieve a well-balanced, flowing, and fashionable look that is easy to maintain, she diligently refines her hair cutting techniques.
Amy - Level 5
Amy has over 20 years of experience. A graduate of CHS and Beauty Creators Academy, she started her career as an assistant at Mr. John’s and honed her skills at Roberts Salon for 18 years before moving to Cut to the Chase. She specializes in various hair services and is known for creating impressive looks.
Outside of work Amy enjoys spending time at the beach with her dogs and cooking for friends and family.
Jordyn - Level 3
Jordyn has a deep passion for education and a love for learning. She keeps herself updated on all the latest techniques. Her favorite services to provide in the salon include lived-in colors, high-contrast foil highlights and balayage. With a strong understanding of color formulations, she truly enjoys her craft.
When she's not in the salon, you might find her cooking in the kitchen with her grandmother or snuggling with one of her furry companions.
Catalina - Level 2
Growing up in Acton, MA Catalina has always loved doing hair. When the opportunity arose to change careers, she jumped at the chance to finally take the leap and attend beauty school and follow her dream. Attending Tony and Guy Academy, Catalina has discovered that she loves color and foiling, updos and finish work. She is always seeking to learn more and take new classes in the latest trends techniques. Working at Cut to the Chase has allowed her to shadow many of the Senior Stylists, in salon. Being able to assist and learn from her team members has been a big part of her continuing education in our ever-changing industry.
When Catalina isn’t at work, she is spending her time with her daughter Esme and teaching at Pure Barre Westford.
Kaitlyn - Level 3
Kaitlyn, a 2023 graduate of Nashoba Valley Technical High School's cosmetology program, excelled in her studies and obtained her license. She began her career as an assistant in the Cut to the Chase training program, gaining valuable experience before starting to take her own clients. With a passion for hairstyling, her favorite services include hair styling, cutting, and lightening. Kaitlyn stays updated on trends and is eager to advance her career.
Outside of the salon she teaches dance at Studio Rhythm Dance Center and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Alyssa - Emerging Stylist / Level 1
Alyssa is thrilled to be a part of the salon world. She has acquired hands-on experience supporting our skilled stylists and is ready to tackle foils! With her strong attention to detail, approachable demeanor, and positive attitude, Alyssa is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
T - Master Esthetician
T is a certified Master Esthetician and a 2018 graduate of the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics where she completed 1200 hours of education and training. Additionally T’s experience and education includes 16 years of medical sales and marketing and a Bachelors degree from the University of South Florida. She is passionate about the science of skin and related treatments and technologies.
T is a client focused and results driven esthetician. Her ability to understand the clients goals paired with thoughtful skin care analysis and treatments results in healthy, repaired and rejuvenated skin for her clientele that they can be proud of.
Michelle - Desk Coordinator
Meet Michelle, the newest addition to the Cut to the Chase team. With 9 years of experience in the spa industry, she has a strong background in management and is also a licensed nail technician. Michelle is a collaborative team player who shines in customer service, mentoring and management roles.
Outside of work you can find her enjoying time in the backyard with her golden retriever, Rio and her daughter, Sofia.
